About Q FELIX, LPC

Helping High-Achieving Couples Navigate Betrayal, Indecision, and Divorce

I'm Q Felix, a PACT-trained Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in betrayal trauma recovery and relationship decision-making for high-achieving couples in Missouri.

I work with successful couples facing their hardest moments: after infidelity has shattered trust, when they're stuck in agonizing indecision about whether to stay or go, or when they've decided to divorce and want to protect their children and financial futures.

My Approach

I'm Not Your Typical Couples Therapist

I don't do endless talk therapy that keeps you coming back week after week without real progress. I use PACT (Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy) methods to assess whether your nervous systems can actually work together long-term and I'm not afraid to tell you the truth about what I find.

PACT Training Means Brain-Based Healing

My specialized training in neurobiology and attachment means I understand what's happening in your brain and body after betrayal or during relationship crisis. This isn't just emotional support, it's nervous system regulation that allows you to think clearly and make good decisions about your family's future.

I Understand Your World

As an entrepreneur and business owner myself, I understand the unique pressures high-achieving couples face. I'm comfortable discussing complex financial situations, business partnerships, and professional reputations. I won't give you advice that ignores your real-world constraints.

I Focus on What Actually Matters

Whether you're recovering from betrayal, deciding whether to divorce, or learning to co-parent after separation, my focus is always the same: protecting your children's wellbeing and preserving your financial future while helping you make decisions with clarity and dignity.

Why I Do This Work

I became a therapist because I've always been fascinated by what makes relationships work or fall apart.

Throughout my career, I've worked with entrepreneurial couples navigating intense conflict, couples recovering from infidelity, and couples stuck in agonizing indecision about whether to stay or go. I've seen patterns emerge: the couples who get the best outcomes are the ones who get honest assessment, neurobiologically-informed treatment, and clear guidance. Not endless therapy that avoids the hard truths.

That's why I specialized in PACT and focused my practice on betrayal trauma and relationship decision-making.

I wanted to offer something different than traditional couples therapy. I wanted to work with couples who are ready for expert assessment, honest feedback, and real results. Not years of going in circles.

And I chose to focus on high-achieving couples specifically because they face unique challenges that most therapists don't understand: complex financial situations, business partnerships, professional reputations to protect, and public lives that require discretion. They need a therapist who gets their world and who won't waste their time.
